Youth Job Connection
Support for Youth Seeking Employment
Do you or your organization work with youth who face multiple challenges finding and keeping a job?
Ontario’s Youth Job Connection program can help.
It offers intensive support and training for youth age 15 to 29 who are not working, not in school, and not training through:
- Paid pre-employment workshops
- Job placement and mentorship
- Help transitioning to further education or employment
Youth who are a good fit for this program face barriers to employment, such as low income or homelessness, limited work experience, and low levels of education or literacy. Aboriginal youth, recent immigrants, and youth living with disabilities might also benefit from this intensive youth employment program.
